We work with limited residents so we can invite different djs, bands, performers, photographers, graphic designers, ... to work on different types of projects.
Los Niños never had a guestlist but gives free tickets to those who need it most. We have a transparent door policy.
Antwerp, Gent, Brussels, Vienna and Lisbon were on the party map. Train stations, swimming pool, metro stations, clubs, warehouses, squares ..
More? We were the first to mix organic food & drinks with clubbing, first to use ecological construction, built our own ticketing platform in 2006 (and still going), first used SMS to inform about our parties, opened a successful venue (FFORMATT) that was fully recycled at its closure, invited over 300 artists, acknowledged the role of women in music (Las Niñas), first used a non discrimination charter, launched other concepts to underline other art and music, chose graphic designers to work on lasting artwork - not flyers, revived 1990s cult Outsoon Magazine, worked with fashion designers, opened Impulstanz in Vienna for over 5000 people, ran a radio program for 2 years, we are in the Dutch book "What is an institute for night culture", launched a 30 page queer book you can even find in the library, traveled over different countries, over 30 venues.

LOS NINOS NAME
los NINOS del parque (pronounce: ninios) is a song of Liaisons Dangereuses.
Contradictions: at the time that Bucks Fizz wins the Eurovision song contest with "For making your mind up", Liaisons Dangereuses lets us taste the very best of the new wave 80's area.
Multi: the title is Spanish but on the album you can also hear English, French and German. The song is no reference for the music played at Los Niños, but combines surprising contradictions: dark beats next to a playful title, low bases against screamy voices.
And, the party did start in the city "Parque" of Antwerp... on May 28, 2004.
SEX
Los Niños embraces all sexual preferences (with consent). We stand for sex positivity. This includes gender identity, orientation, nudity, relationship styles, body positivity, etc. We sometimes have a dark room at our parties. Explore your fantasies, with respect.
We advocate for sexually marginalized groups. We advocate for LGBTQIA+. Shame-free, empowering, and nonjudgmental. We support the decriminalization of sex work and work on reducing prejudice towards trans people.
We promote safe sex. We launched Slide & Shoot 💦🔫 for condoms and lube.

We have a Care Team where bad behaviour can be reported. But most important is our community: we take care of each other.

If you are famous and/or rich we're sure you're dying to contribute.
Everyone who likes to party at Los Niños is important so we give special treatments to all. We have difficulties categorizing people to give free access with a guestlist. Based on which criteria?
We keep entrance fees reasonable for the line up and venue you get.
We leave no one behind. If you can't make it to your favourite family reunion because you're low on cash, contact us for a free ticket on Instagram (up to one day before the party). Same if you are trans or under the trans umbrella.
We don't believe parties are fun with a bunch of uninterested sponsors getting in for free and just watching the rest.
Buy cheaper tickets online. The earlier you buy, the cheaper they are. Subscribe to our Telegram, Signal or WhatsApp channel to know about cheapest prices first!
You get in for free if you work for the party. Press gets free access for a review. This also means that there is no guestlist for people working at Los Niños nor for the artists, djs, bands etc. unless the persons would work for the night or contribute.
Some people have worked so much for the party that they get a free-for-life pass.

We don't keep people waiting at the entrance.
We don't refuse people without knowing why.
You need to be 18 to get in.
You need to know that we throw a Los Niños party.
You cannot be wasted nor violent.
We don't like bachelor(ette) parties.
Simple.
We are an LGBT+ party and expect people entering to respect that space. If you are not queer we expect you to consider that we want our parties to be a safe space for gender and sexual diversity.
We do not have a fashion police at the door and will never participate in such discrimination. We highly appreciate your clothing efforts and creativity. What someone wears tells nothing about their respect for others. Los Niños is about attitude. An open-minded Los Niños means accepting difference, whether in uglies, basics or extravaganza.
We don't believe in a calculated crowd mix judged at the door. We believe in a mixed society and our parties should reflect that. We do not believe in physiognomy to create a party with a good vibe. Magic happens with the unexpected.
We run a party concept, not a club. We understand that clubs have different struggles. We communicate our non-discriminatory message multiple times, also on our ticket platform.
We support themed and dresscoded nights, whether in clothing or in verifiable, objective traits of a human. A fetish night is not the same for us as an LGBT+ night. One is verifiable, the other is not as we believe no one should be forced to disclose their sexuality nor gender.

We opened our own venue of 1000m2 in the heart of Brussels. A platform for our own parties but also for the ones we like. Under the name STORY NIGHTS we presented a holistic approach to music selection, relating to the full story of an artist, collective or record label.
Unfortunately we had to close earlier then foreseen due to Covid19.
