We hear that people also get contacted privately to buy tickets by fake ticket owners. ONLY accept sales through smickets.com. It happens that it's no longer possible to sell through smickets. In that case the seller should fill in a form (they will see a link to it when selling the ticket) and we deal with it manually. This can take up to two days but we will do everything possible to help you out.
